OUR STORY

Once upon a time, in 1995,  Len & Cindy Roman bought the Swiss Mountain Motel...

Len had been coming to the area to hunt and fish with his father and cousins

since the 70's and when this opportunity arose he couldn't pass it by.

It had been run by Len & Cindy until 2018 and at the beginning Grandma Jo

and their daughter Carlie even pitched in a fair amount too.

The winter of 2019 Cindy lost her long fought battle with cancer leaving the business to Len alone...

Until 2022 when Carlie came back into the picture.

"Happy 69th birthday Pops!

Now go have some fun instead of working all the time!"

You can still find Len randomly tinkering with things around the property or at his antique shop out front. If you want to hear a good yarn or get some advice on where to go sightseeing around here find him before you leave. You wont regret it!

Thank you for staying w us here, where our home is your home just for a little while.

“It was the most clean place! It was comfy, great value and location. I love the staff, they were very sweet and accommodating. I felt safe here. I wish there was A/C just to sleep but it stayed plenty cool with the fans, actually cooler than my room at home

and we have A/C.”

“Clean motel, friendly staff.

The price was fair because it is very expensive at first

in Jackson.”

“The owner is super friendly and the room was very clean. It's a small motel in a very small town in the middle of nowhere. We didn't know what to expect but we were

pleasantly surprised.

The décor was overwhelming but other than that,

it was great!”
